Many COGS and NNC verification files finish as a sealed council envelope addressed to the board, university, or agency named on your application (for example the address on Nurse Form 3F). If you need that physical package delivered abroad, we arrange courier via DHL, FedEx, Aramex, or UPS based on availability and destination. Because courier rates change frequently and depend on weight, destination, and carrier promotions, we ask you to either check the latest live rate yourself, or get a quote from us via WhatsApp/email.
How it works
- Confirm your shipment is the NNC sealed verification / COGS envelope (or other documents we agreed on) and the destination matches the address on your council form.
- Check live rates on the carrier portals below, or message us for a quote.
- Pay using the Stripe link — log in to view payment details.
- We arrange pickup/dispatch and share the tracking number with you.
Important
- Use the same email as your registered Heedoc account when paying so we can match the payment to your application.
- Final carrier and routing depend on availability and destination on the day of dispatch.
- Rates change daily — always re-check just before paying.

Why don't you list a fixed price?
Courier rates change frequently and depend on weight, destination zone, fuel surcharge, and carrier promotions. Listing a stale price would mislead you. The carriers' own rate calculators always reflect the latest live rate.
Which carrier will you use?
Whichever offers the best balance of speed, price, and coverage for your destination on the day of dispatch — typically DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Aramex. We confirm the carrier with you before booking.
What if rates change after I pay?
If the actual carrier charge is lower, we refund the difference. If it's higher, we'll message you with the gap so you can decide before we book.
Do I need to pay before quotes?
No. Get the quote first (from the carrier portal or from us), then pay the matching amount through the Stripe link.
